Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Bread : 4
  2. Egg : 2
  3. Onion : 1
  4. Grated Cabbage : 1/4
  5. Chilli flakes : 1/2 tsp
  6. Seasoning powder : 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt : required amount
  8. Butter : required amount
  9. Tomato Sauce

Instructions

  1. Butter all the bread slices.
  2. Pre - heat the tawa and place the buttered side of the bread on the tawa for 1 min and keep aside
  3. To make stuffing.. Heat butter or oil in a pan, saute onion, cabbage, chilli flakes seasoning powder. salt and saute for 1 min and keep aside. Now the stuffing is ready.
  4. Beat eggs add salt and onion.
  5. For omlet -- Heat oil in a pan and pour egg mixture into the pan for 30 sec.
  6. Cook until it is golden brown on each side and keep aside
  7. Spread the veg stuffing on top of the bread. On one side of the slices of bread, add one piece of omlet.
  8. Cover them with one bread slice.   Again add some veg stuffing and omlet and cover them with the other bread slice.
  9. Serve with tomato sauce.
