Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup rawa
  2. 2 cup curd
  3. 1 pinch cooking soda
  4. salt as per taste
  5. 1/2 cup french bean
  6. 1/2 cup carrot
  7. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  8. 1 tsp chopped garlic
  9. 2 tsp chopped onion
  10. 4 5 Curry leaves
  11. Oil to grease

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take rawa and add some salt, soda and curd in it. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  2. In a pan take some oil and add mustard seeds , when it splutter add curry leaf, onions, carrot and french beans. Saute it for a minute. Add salt and mix well.
  3. Take the rawa and add water till desired consistency is reached. It should neither be too thick nor too thin.
  4. Mix all the cooked veggies in the batter and mix it well.
  5. Grease idli pan and pour the batter evenly. Steam for 10 minutes and serve hot with tomato ketchup or coconut chutney.
