ABOUT Carrot Halwa Mango Parfait Shots RECIPE

A delight for sure when with Eid round the corner, there is lots to do.This Parfait gives a different feel ,taste and style to both our traditional carrot halwa and Mango.Dont get surprised if your guests just say MaashAllah Eid dessert with a differance. Pressure cook fine grated carrots, roasted well with ghee and sugar, cardomom cooled and based .The healthy punch here is the hung curd layer, not cream in between the mango pieces and halwa. The Combo indeed is a sumptuos treat with juicy Alphonzo mango hung curd layer and subtly sweet Carrot halwa.
