Those are super delicious sweet parafit's without sugar!!! Do enjoy!!About Astha cream Ashta” is a major ingredient and is considered as the king of fillers. Ashta is a slang word for “Kashta” in classical Arabic, which refers to clotted cream prepared with rose water and orange blossom water. Ashta is used as a filler in desserts such as Knefeh (kunafa), Znood el Sit, Atayif (Katayif) and in many others. It is also served on top of fruit cocktails.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Astha cream 250 ml whole milk
  2. 2 Tablespoons vinegar or strained fresh lemon juice
  3. 1 teaspoon rose water
  4. For milk pudding 250 ml liter whole milk
  5. 1/4 cup corn flour
  6. Mango puree 1 ripe peeled and chopped mangoes


  1. In a saucepan add 1 liter whole milk and bring just to boil over medium heat(don't let boil), add vinegar and stir once. See the milk immediately starting to curdle and turns to a clear color
  2. Add rose water and stir, after 1 minute turn of heat and use a spatula to collect the Ashta/Clottted Cream (cottage cheese)from the surface and place them into a strainer. Let cool completely at room temperature then transfer glass container.
  3. In a clean pot add 1/2 whole milk and corn flour, mix well using a hand mixer,put over medium heat and keep stirring tell milk thickens(around 5-8 mins).
  4. Transfer ashta to glass container and let cool at room temperature,then you can use it as a filling or keep in your refrigerator well sealed for 2 weeks
  5. Procedure of mango puree-Just blend into fine,thick and smooth mixture
  6. Assembling- 1st add Astha cream then puree then Repeat the steps! Garnish with whipped cream (optional) and cheery
  7. 1/4 cup whipped cream
  8. 5 to 6 cherry
