ABOUT Chicken nuggets RECIPE

Everybody loves chicken nuggets and this is a quick recipe to make the same at home.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chicken keema - 100 gm
  2. Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  3. Salt
  4. Soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
  5. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  6. Egg 1(beaten)
  7. Bread crumbs - 1 cup
  8. Bread slices - 2
  9. Milk -1/4 th cup

Instructions

  1. Take the chicken keema in a bowl, add ginger garlic paste
  2. Add Pepper powder, Chilli powder, salt
  3. Dip the bread in to Milk and add to the chicken
  4. Add soya sauce mix well take a small portion
  5. Shape into nuggets size
  6. Dip in the beaten eggs ,then in Bread crumbs and fry in oil
