ABOUT Chicken Nuggets RECIPE

These are a blessing for learners, beginners and quick too.Freeze them in advance for unexpected guests make them in less than an hours time for your family .Use chicken mince, eggs, and bread and enjoy Mcdonald Chicken Nuggets. I did mine with brown bread and one can use bread of choice.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 grams Chicken kheema /mince
  2. 3 small bread slices
  3. 1 plate full bread crumbs
  4. 1 tsp garlic ginger paste
  5. 1/2 tsp crushed garlic/garlic powder
  6. 1 egg
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1tsp pepper
  9. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  10. 1tbsp Cornflour
  11. Oil to deep fry

Instructions

  1. Wash and drain chicken kheema till water comes out. Keep aside
  2. Grind the bread slices breaking them into small bits (i used brown bread as available)
  3. Now take bread and add to the kheema and break an egg into this
  4. Mix well
  5. Add ginger garlic crushed garlic and season with salt pepper , garam masala and add corn flour too
  6. Now grease your palm and make small balls of the mix and press with thumb to give a nugget look
  7. Heat oil and fry when you serve. You can also for 15 days
  8. Fry and enjoy these
