Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida or all purpose flour 250 gm
  2. Instant yeast 1 tsp
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Oil 1/2tsp
  5. For stuffing
  6. Chicken 250 gm
  7. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  8. Green chilly paste 1 tsp
  9. Onion 1 chopped
  10. Tomato 1 finely chopped
  11. Paprika 1 tsp
  12. Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  13. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Onion roundels 1
  16. Carrot 1 sliced
  17. Chilly flakes 1 tsp
  18. Oregano 1 tsp
  19. Oil 2 tsp
  20. Mayonnaise 3/4 cup

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add maida, salt, oil and instant yeast.
  2. Knead a soft dough ,cover and keep aside for 2 hours to get double.
  3. Boil chicken with salt, Green chilly paste, and ginger garlic paste.
  4. If chicken is boiled then shred it.
  5. In a pan heat oil, add chopped onions saute till light brown.
  6. Add , salt, spices, tomato and cook until soft.
  7. Add boiled and shredded chicken, mix well,cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Add chopped coriander leaves. Let it cool.
  9. Our dough has been puffed up, punch again and take medium sized ball, roll in medium roti.
  10. Heat tawa and cook roti on both sides, make all rotis like this .
  11. I have used homemade mayonnaise
  12. Now take one roti, apply mayonnaise, 2 tbsp of chicken, onion, carrot, sprinkle oregano,some chilly flakes and fold.
  13. Serve immediately.
