ABOUT Mayo sandwiches RECIPE

Quick, refreshing, healthy sandwiches are easy to make and are kids all time favorite.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Bread slices 10
  2. Hung curd 1/4 cup
  3. Mayo 2 tbsp
  4. Honey 1 tbsp
  5. Lemon juice 1 tesp
  6. Salt 1/2 tesp
  7. Black pepper powder 1/2 tesp
  8. Finely chopped vegetables 3/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Finely chop mix vegetables like cabbage, capsicum, cucumber and carrot.
  2. In a bowl mix together all ingredients except bread slice.
  3. Apply 2 tbsp veggies mixture on a bread slice. Cover with other bread slice. Cut the sides.
  4. Prepare all sandwiches in same manner.
