Ingredients to make Curd mayo sandwich

  • 1 cup curd
  • 4 slices white bread
  • 1 cup Finely chopped mix vegetables (tomato, cucumber, onion, capsicum and carrot)
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes

How to make Curd mayo sandwich

  1. Take the curd in a strainer and leave it for 15 minutes to get thick curd.
  2. Cut the slices of bread
  3. Take curd in a bowl and add all other ingredients in it, except bread and butter, and mix well
  4. Take a bread slice and spread this mixture on it
  5. Cover it with another slice, prepare all sandwiches in same manner
  6. Heat a griddle, put butter on it and roast sandwich on a medium flame, till golden brown
  7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup and chutney
