This sandwich is a lovely lunch box option that can be made easily and without any fuss. Follow this easy recipe to make some at home.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sandwich bread slices-4
  2. Mayonnaise-4tablespoon
  3. Capsicum chopped-1
  4. Cabbage chopped - 1/4th cup
  5. Onion-2
  6. Tomato-1(big size)
  7. Ginger chopped-1teaspoon
  8. Green chilli - 1
  9. Fresh coriander leaves
  10. Garam masala-1teaspoon
  11. Coriander powder-1teaspoon
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Tomato sauce ( for decoration)
  14. Black pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon


  1. Take a mixing bowl and add all chopped veggies, followed by salt ,garam masala powder, coriander powder , black pepper powder, chopped green chilli , ginger, chopped fresh coriander ,mix it well. Add mayonnaise and mix it well then keep aside
  2. Cut the crust of the bread slices.
  3. Take one of the slices, put some salad and mayo mixture, spread it evenly and then place another slice of bread on top.
  4. Decorate the sandwich with tomato sauce and it is ready to be served.
