CHEESELINGS

Ingredients to make CHEESELINGS

  • 2 cubes grated cheese
  • 1 cups maida or all-purpose flour
  • salt as needed
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp suger
  • 1/2 tsp teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • milk as required
  • Vegetable oil for deep frying

How to make CHEESELINGS

  1. Mix grated cheese and maida together.
  2. Then add butter ,salt , suger ,baking soda and pepper powder.
  3. Now make dough of it using milk.
  4. Keep aside for 15 to 30 minutes.
  5. Make small balls and roll them out into large chapatties.
  6. Cut each chapatti into small squares with help of pizza cutter .
  7. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and deep fry the squares until golden brown.
  8. Remove and drain excess oil.
  9. Store in an airtight container

My Tip:

Make the cheeselings in batches. Don’t fry everything together.
