ABOUT Zero Oil Cheeselings RECIPE

Cheeselings are everyone's favorite and so are mine. This is my all time favorite and so very easy to make.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1/4 cup corn flour
  3. 2 small cube's of processed cheese
  4. 1/4 cup plus little more to make a soft dough
  5. A pinch each of turmeric powder, dry mango powder, chili powder and salt


  1. In a bowl add in flour, cheese and all the spice powder and add milk little by little to make soft dough( the dough should be neither too hard nor too soft.
  2. Cover this dough with wet muslin cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. After 10 mins roll out dough by dusting little flour in a pastry dough and cut in desired shape.
  4. Bake this in a preheated oven at 170 degree for 10 mins or till its crispy and golden brown.
  5. Store in an air tight jar and enjoy.
