Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 carrots( grated)
  2. 2 long carrots cut in long 3" sticks
  3. 1 small Cabage (finely chopped)
  4. 100 grams Cottage cheese (paneer)
  5. 4 green chillies (finely chopped)
  6. 1 capsicum finely chopped
  7. 20 French beans ( finely chopped)
  8. 1/2 small bowl White wheat flour(maida)
  9. 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  10. 1/2 glass water
  11. 1/2smaal bowl Cornflour
  12. 1/2teaspoon salt
  13. 1 teaspoon Black pepper and white Pepper each
  14. 1 tea spoon red chilli powder
  15. 1 big bowl oil for frying


  1. 1- First of all finely chopped or give a two rounds in grinder for thick grinding.
  2. 2- Now add half of Maida& Cornflour in a bowl with all above mentioned spices in it.& make a tight batter with the help of water.
  3. 3- Now take 2 tablespoon mixture in your hand & give it a shape of Chicken leg piece tap I little and put carrot sticks in it and press lightly.
  4. 4-Make a mixture of Maida & Cornflour with the help of water and dip that Vegetarian drumsticks in it.
  5. 5-Switch on gas put a deep pan with oil for frying, when it becomes hot fry dipped drumsticks in hot oil.
  6. 6- Take it out, now for final look & taste dip it again in that mixture and fry it again.
  7. 7- It's done now it's time for presentation take a plate of any shape decorate them with spring onion flower and sauce of your choice.
