Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 1 bowl of roasted vermicelli
  2. 3tsp ghee for vermicelli
  3. 1/2bowl of sugar for vermicelli.
  4. Few nuts for vermicelli
  5. 2cups of water for vermicelli.
  6. 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  7. 4tsp milk powder
  8. 3tsp sugar
  9. Few mint leaves
  10. 1litr full cream milk.
  11. 7tsp sugar
  12. Few nuts for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Step1.Take 1 litre milk in a heavy bottom pan.
  2. When reduced to half,Add sugar.
  3. Let it chill in fridge.Your rabdi is ready.
  4. Step 2.Blend frozen chunks of mangoes to a smooth pulp.
  5. Add 2-3sugar,milk powder and few mint leaves.
  6. Blend again to a very smooth pulp.
  7. Keep it in freezer fr 5 hrs.
  8. In a cooker,add ghee,roasted vermicellis,sugar,nuts and water.
  9. Bring it to a whistle and switch off the flame..
  10. Now,set hot vermicellis in a muffin mould.keep them in fridge fr 3-4hrs.
  11. Demould them carefully.
  12. Put a chilled scoop of rabri in chilled vermicelli basket.
  13. Add chilled mango sorbet to your basket.
  14. Garnish it with some nuts.
  15. Serve chilled.
