Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100 gms roasted peanuts
  2. 100 gms sesame seeds
  3. 100 gms dry fruits(almond,pistachio,kaju,muskmelon seeds)
  4. 200 gms grated jaggery
  5. 1 tsp sugar
  6. 1 tsp kesar soaked in milk
  7. 1 tsp ghee
  8. 1 tsp Cardamon powder


  1. Heat a pan...Add grated jaggery and sugar and mix well till it melts properly....
  2. Add one tsp kesar milk...Keep stirring till froth comes for one min...Or u can drop one ball in cold water and see that jaggery mixture forms a ball...If yes..Off the gas...If no..Keep stirring for 30 sec more...
  3. Now add all the dry fruits ,peanuts,sesame seeds,cardamon powder..And mix well..Here u have to speeden...
  4. Grease the platform with one tsp ghee and pour the mixture on it..And spread as soon as possible...
  5. Mark it with shapes of ur choice using spatula...And let it dry for ten min...
