Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup refined flour
  2. salt as per taste
  3. Atta maggi noodles 1 packet
  4. water as required
  5. refined oil for frying +2 spoon


  1. cook Maggi as per instructed on packet
  2. keep it a little drybso that it can be stuffed easily in samosa
  3. in a pan mix refined flour 2 spoon oil and salt
  4. Knead a soft dough with lukewarm water
  5. divide the dough in equal portiin
  6. roll a portion in oval shape
  7. cut the portion in 2 part by using a knife
  8. Smear water over the straight edge.
  9. Join the edges to make a cone.
  10. Press gently to seal the cone.
  11. Fill the cone with Maggi and smear water on the edges. 
  12. Press gently to seal the opening
  13. Make all samosas like this
  14. Heat oil in a wok
  15. deep fry Samosa on medium flame
  16. Serve to kids with tomato sauce
