Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. maggi oats 1 packet
  2. carrot cut into pieces 1 tablespoon
  3. green peas 1 tablespoon
  4. samosa patti 10 numbers
  5. all purpose flour 1 teaspoon
  6. butter 2-3 teaspoon for brushing samosa


  1. boil water in a wok
  2. Add carrot pieces, peas and taste maker with maggi noodle cake.
  3. stir continuously on high heat so that it will cook and all extra water will be evaporate.
  4. remove from heat. let it cool.
  5. take all purpose flour in a bowl add 1 teaspoon water and make paste
  6. take one samosa patti brush little water
  7. fill maggi
  8. Cover and give samosa shape(triangle). Apply all purpose flour paste
  9. seal it
  10. make all samosas this way. place in a greased tray.
  11. brush little butter.
  12. bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minute . Turn upside down after 10 minutes.
  13. now they are ready to serve.
