Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For Mango layers
  2. Mango puree 2 cups
  3. Gelatin 1 teaspoon
  4. Hot Water 2 tbsp
  5. For Cream layers
  6. Full cream milk 1 cup
  7. Gelatin 1 teaspoon
  8. Powdered Sugar half cup
  9. cream 1 cap
  10. Vanilla essence one tsp
  11. Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. firstly in a large mixing bowl take one teaspoon of gelatin and add 2 tbsp of hot water.
  2. Mix well and dissolves gelatin completely.
  3. Then add two cups of mango puree.
  4. Mix well making sure the Palp gets mix up with gelatin uniformly.
  5. Furthermore , place the serving glass in a bowl so that it gets tilted slightly.
  6. Pour in prepared mango mixture till it reaches the rim.
  7. now refrigerate eat for 2 hours or overnight ,till it sets completely.
  8. After 2 hours make sure to check the mango has set completely.
  9. Now prepare cream player by heating up milk.
  10. Add in 1tsp teaspoon gelatin and whisk well.
  11. Cook the milk medium to low heat till it steams (do not boil).
  12. Then add 1 cup cream & whisk well.
  13. Additional add half cup powdered sugar one teaspoon vanilla essence and pinch of salt.
  14. Whisk & dissolve the sugar completely.
  15. Let the milk cool for 10 minutes before pouring to the glass.
  16. Pour the milk into the glass.
  17. Refrigerate it for 2 hours or overnight ,till it sets completely.
  18. Finally , garnish with few chopped mangoes & enjoy Mango Panna Cotta.
