ABOUT CHICKEN NUGGETS RECIPE

This is a delicious recipe of chicken nuggets, a starter for all dinner party occasions.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boneless chicken cubes - 250 gms
  2. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  3. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Black pepper powder - 1/4 tbsp
  5. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Oregano - 1/4 tsp
  8. Milk - 1/2 tsp
  9. Egg - 1
  10. Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken cubes with ginger garlic paste,garam masala powder,black pepper powder,red chilly powder,salt,oregano and mix well.
  2. Take a large bowl add milk,whisk the egg and mix it,red chilly powder,salt and bread crumbs and mix well.
  3. Dip the chicken cubes in this solution and deep fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
  4. Serve hot.
