This is a quick and easy recipe of a soft Britania style cake, made in a gas tandoor.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup maida
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1/2 cup butter
  4. 1/2 cup milk powder
  5. 1/2 cup custard powder
  6. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  7. 1/4 baking soda
  8. 1/2 cup milk
  9. 1/4 cup tuti futi
  10. Dry fruits for garnish

Instructions

  1. First take a bowl add sugar and butter mix till fluffy.
  2. Add all ingredients mix well.
  3. bake for 35 min in gas tandoor, garnish it. Cool, cut and serve.
