Vermicelli kheer in mango flavour topped with vanilla ice cream

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 litre full cream milk
  2. ½ cup roasted vermicelli
  3. 1 spoon sabja seeds
  4. 1 cup sugar
  5. 1 cup mango pulp
  6. vanilla ice cream 4 scoops
  7. mango cubes half cup

Instructions

  1. boil milk on low flame
  2. add roasted vermicelli and sabja seeds
  3. Cook until it get soft and thick
  4. stir occasionally
  5. add sugar and mix well
  6. switch off the flame and let it cool till room temperature
  7. Mix mango pulp
  8. keep in fridge for half hour
  9. in long glass put mango cubes then paysam topped with 1 scoop ice cream and mango cubes
  10. serve chilled
