ABOUT Paneer Tikka Masala RECIPE

This recipe is very good recipe for specially for some function and get together...this is made with the twist by frying the tikkas and then add them in gravy..

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For paneer tikka.. 250gm paneer
  2. Red green yellow bellpapers 1each
  3. Two medium size onion
  4. For marination All spices salt turmeric red chilly ajwain chat msala garm msala pud8na powder or fresh pudina
  5. Besan 1-2 tsp
  6. Hung Curd 2-3 tsp
  7. Ginger garlic paste 2tsp
  8. For gravy
  9. Onion 3 medium size
  10. Tomato for puree 3-4
  11. Bay leaf
  12. Oil 4-5 tsp
  13. Jeera 1tsp
  14. Salt 1tsp
  15. Tandoori msala /garm msala
  16. Ginger garlic pste 2tsp
  17. Green chilly 2
  18. Fresh cream one bowl 5-6 tsp
  19. Grated pneer 5-6tsp
  20. ksuri methi
  21. For.. Pkoda.. Besan one bowl
  22. Salt turmeric garm msala red chilly powder jeera powder
  23. Water for making better
  24. Oil for frying tikka

Instructions

  1. Get all ingredients for marination.
  2. Chop vegetables for tikka
  3. Add all spices in hung curd and make marination.. And add chopped veg and paneer in it and let it side for 15min... Mix all the things well and coat it with marination
  4. Make tomato puree and onion ginger garlic green chilly seperatly
  5. Now prepare gravy.. First. Heat oil and add jeera bay leaf then onion ginger galic green chilly pa ste and saute it till its color change in brown then add tomato puree and all spices like red chilly salt turmeric tandoori msala/garm msala in it and cook for few min.. Then switch off the gass
  6. Now make a batter for frying paneer tikka and make tikka with the help of skewer. Adjust all veg one by one and get all the skewer ready before frying it
  7. Now add some salt red chilly ,garam msala turmeric in besan and make thick better like pakoda ,adding sufficient water in it
  8. Now in another kdhai heat oil for frying tikka... Now dip the tikka skewer in batter and fry it
  9. Fry all the tikka and take them on absorbent paper
  10. When all tikka are reddy then add cream and grated paneer in gravy and romove all veg and paneer from skewer and put it in gravy before serving and sprinkle some ksuri methi on it while serving it serve hot with rice and chpati.
