Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For paneer marination
  2. Paneer 200 gram
  3. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  4. Chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 teaspoon
  6. Salt
  7. Oil 1 tablespoon
  8. For gravy
  9. Ghee 1 tablespoon
  10. Onion finely chopped 3 numbers
  11. Tomato grated 3 numbers
  12. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  13. Kasuri methi 2 pinch
  14. Coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tablespoon
  15. Chilly powder 1 tablespoon
  16. Chat masala 1 teaspoon
  17. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  18. Pav baji masala 2 tablespoon
  19. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  20. Salt
  21. Tomato sauce 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. First cut paneer into small cubes
  2. Mix all the ingredients in the pandas for marination
  3. Let it rest for five minutes
  4. Grill cook paneer
  5. In a pan add ghee and onion sauteed for five minutes
  6. Add ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves and saute for five more minutes
  7. Add tomatoes and saute till dry and add all powders and methi. Add salt add water and cook for five minutes
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves
