This is my innovative dish and this tastes delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 and half litre milk
  2. 50 grams vermicelli
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 4 spoon chopped dry fruits
  5. 1/4 spoon cardamom powder
  6. 7-8 threads of saffron
  7. 4 spoon ghee
  8. 15 - 16 golgappe(i used readymade golgappe )
  9. Colourful sprinkle for garnishing(optional )


  1. Bring milk to a boil in heavy bottom pan and simmer for 15 minutes stirring often to prevent burning.
  2. In another pan put ghee and fry dry fruits lightly as well and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, fry vermicelli till golden and keep aside.
  4. Now put vermicelli along with ghee to the boiling milk and cook until done.
  5. Add sugar, saffron, fry dry fruits and cardamom powder.
  6. Stirr well and cooked for 5 minutes
  7. After 5 minutes off the gas and let it be cool.
  8. In a serving plate put golgappe and fill it with chilled sheer khurma garnishing fry dry fruits and colourful sprinkle.
