This is a recipe of the yummy Indian desert, ras malai which is probably one of the favourite deserts of everyone. So here is a recipe of the same.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2 litre cow milk
  2. 1 tbsp Vinegar
  3. 1-2 cups Sugar
  4. Dry fruits as per choice


  1. Boil 1 litre milk
  2. Add vinegar in it
  3. Make paneer keep it in muslin cloth and tie it for 10-15 minutes
  4. Now take out chaina.mash it nicely with palm of your hand
  5. Make equal size balls
  6. Make sugar syrup by adding sugar and water
  7. Dip balls in syrup and let it cook till 10-15 minutes
  8. 5 minutes in full gas and for 10 minutes in sim gas
  9. Rasgulla are ready
  10. boil another litre of milk in a pan
  11. Let it cook for 15 -20 minutes
  12. Till the quantity reduced to 1/4 .add sugar in it this is Ras for rasmalai.
  13. Press rasgulla with hands to remove all syrup(use the syrup for making some other sweet)
  14. Now dip them in ras
  15. Garnish with chopped dryfruits
