ABOUT MeatBalls or Khaimo RECIPE

MeatBall is ground meat and some masala rolled in small ball.Meatball are cooked in spicy gravy .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 grams Minced meat
  2. 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  3. 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  4. 2 tbsp Corrinder paste
  5. 1 tsp Termeric
  6. 5 tsp Red chill powder
  7. 2 tbsp Salt
  8. 2 tsp Garam masala
  9. 2 tbsp oil
  10. 2 tbsp Wet coconut paste
  11. 1 large Tomato
  12. 1/2 cup water
  13. 1 tsp Chopped Corrinder for garnish

Instructions

  1. Grind Minced meat with , Ginger, Garlic, Corrinder.
  2. Mix with Termeric,1tsp Red chill, 1tsp Salt,1 tsp Garam masala.
  3. Give them small round shape.keep aside.
  4. Now, Preparation for gravy .
  5. Heat the oil in wide pan ,& fry tomato .
  6. Add : 1/2 tsp Termeric, 4 tsp Red chill,1 tsp Garam masala ,1 tbsp salt.Saute it until strong aroma goes.
  7. Now add Wet coconut paste.saute for 5 mins .
  8. Now add 1/2 cup water .
  9. Once water boils add meat balls to pan .
  10. Cook for 10mins on sim flame.
  11. Garnish with Chopped Corrinder &Serve with Chapati or Rice .
