About Corn chia pancake Recipe

This is a very healthy breakfast option, made with corns and chia seeds.

Ingredients to make Corn chia pancake

  • corn atta-1/2cup
  • crush oats- 1/2cup
  • Soak chia seeds - 1tbsp
  • Boil cron - 1/2cup
  • coriander leaves- 1tbsp
  • salt - as per test
  • water - as per require
  • oil - gricing

How to make Corn chia pancake

  1. Mix everything together to form a smooth batter.
  2. Rest the batter for 5 minutes.
  3. Now heat a pan and grease it with some oil. Pour a ladle of the pancake batter to form the pancake.
  4. Cook on both sides, and serve with green chutney or sauce.
