ABOUT Corn chia pancake RECIPE

This is a very healthy breakfast option, made with corns and chia seeds.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Corn atta-1/2cup
  2. crush oats- 1/2cup
  3. Soak chia seeds - 1tbsp
  4. Boil cron - 1/2cup
  5. coriander leaves- 1tbsp
  6. Salt - as per test
  7. Water - as per require
  8. Oil - gricing

Instructions

  1. Mix everything together to form a smooth batter.
  2. Rest the batter for 5 minutes.
  3. Now heat a pan and grease it with some oil. Pour a ladle of the pancake batter to form the pancake.
  4. Cook on both sides, and serve with green chutney or sauce.
