ABOUT Creamy channa RECIPE

This is a quick recipe to make a snack with boiled channa or chick peas.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup boiled channa [chickpeas]
  2. 1 tbsp butter
  3. 1 tbsp maida
  4. 1 tbsp milk
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1/2 sp black pepper
  7. 1/2 sp gram masala
  8. 2 sp cream
  9. Coriander for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan with some butter. Add the maida and roast for couple of minutes, then add the milk.
  2. Stir well so that there are no lump. let this boil.
  3. Add boiled channa, spices and stir well. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
