Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pasta of choice 1 pack
  2. Chopped onion 1
  3. Chopped capsicum 1
  4. Chopped carrot 1
  5. Peas 1/4 cup
  6. White mayonise 1 tablespoon
  7. Fresh cream 1 tablespoon
  8. Butter 1 tablespoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Pepper
  11. Chilly flakes
  12. Oregano

Instructions

  1. Boil Pasta wid little oil and salt.
  2. Strain it and rinse with cold water.
  3. Put butter in a pan and saute the veggies.
  4. Add pasta salt pepper and stir well
  5. Add mayonise and cream stir well
  6. Switch off the gas and sprinkle chilly flakes and oregano.
  7. Serve with tomato ketchup.
