Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Wheat Pasta 1 bowl or 2 cups
  2. Yogurt 3 Tbsp
  3. Coconut powder 3 tbsp
  4. Creamy milk 1 cup
  5. water 1.5 cup
  6. Butter 1 tbsp
  7. Oregano 1 tsp
  8. Italian seasoning 1 tsp
  9. black pepper powder 1 tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Chicken masala 1 tsp
  12. Coriander leaves


  1. Keep all the ingredients ready.
  2. Take a pressure cooker heat butter put beaten yogurt, milk, water, coconut powder, oregano, salt, black pepper powder, chicken masala, Italian seasoning, coriander leaves.
  3. Allow it to simmer now add pasta (without boil) and add 1.5 cup water to it.
  4. Cover the pressure cooker and cook it for 2 whistles.
  5. Switch off the flame, let the pressure releases by itself. Serve it if you want saucy pasta.
  6. But if you want semi dry pasta like this then turn on the flame heat for 2 more mins now take out in a plate.
  7. Garnish with Coriander leaves, butter (optional) and serve hot with the garlic bread or any bread.
