Creamy Pasta

Ingredients to make Creamy Pasta

  • 1 packet pasta
  • 1 kg toned Milk
  • 2-3 cloves ol Garlic
  • 2 tsp of Atta/wheat flour
  • 2-3 tsp of Nutrilite
  • salt as per taste
  • Black pepper as per taste
  • Oregano as per taste

How to make Creamy Pasta

  1. Boil pasta, rain it, add some oil to it so that it will not stick.
  2. Heat a pan, add 2-3 tsp of Nutrilite.
  3. Add 2-3 cloves of garlic, crushed well.
  4. Saute well, add Atta/wheat flour and stir till it turns brownish.
  5. Add luke warm milk, slowly so as no lumps form.
  6. Add Pasta, mix well. Add salt, black pepper and wait till it boils. Pasta will mix nicely with milk.
  7. Add oregano and garnish with Parsley or green coriander.

My Tip:

Garnish with low fat cheese to make it more yum.
