Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6 pieces sliced bread
  2. 2 tbsp eggless mayonnaise
  3. 1 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
  4. 1 tbsp finely chopped cucumber
  5. 1 tbsp grated carrot
  6. Melted butter 4 tsp
  7. 1 medium size mango peeled and chopped without seed
  8. 1/2 tsp chat masala
  9. 1/2 tsp black salt

Instructions

  1. At first add mayonnaise to chopped veggies.
  2. Mix it well and keep aside.
  3. Remove the sides of the bread.
  4. Place a bread and spread melted butter on it.
  5. Spread 1 and 1/2 tbsp of the mixture of veggies and mayonnaise.
  6. Place a sliced bread with the buttered spread facing down on it.
  7. Add chopped mango as required for this.
  8. Spread 1/4 tsp of chat masala and 1/4 tsp of black salt.
  9. Cover it with another one bread.
  10. Press lightly and cut it in half diagonally.
  11. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 2 more sandwiches.
  12. Serve these yammy sandwiches immediately.
