ABOUT Fruit and Curd Poppins RECIPE

" SOME MORE PLEASE" This fruit Yogurt Poppins you can give to your Infant after 9 months as it melts in mouth. You can adfd seedless juicy fruit combinations. For your toddler you can add Pomegranate, berries too. If giving to infant just sieve the juice no seed granules should remain.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pomegranate seeds 1/2 cup
  2. Apple 1/2
  3. Curd 1/2 cup /greek yogurt
  4. Vanilla paste 1/4 tsp ( optional)
  5. Second combination
  6. Blue berries 15 no.
  7. Banana 1/2
  8. Grapes 10 no.
  9. Curd 1/2 cup /greek yogurt
  10. Vanilla paste1/4 (optional)
  11. Vanilla paste 1/4 tsp (optional)
  12. Combinations for Infants
  13. Plum 2
  14. Banana 1
  15. Curd 1/2 cup
  16. Vanilla paste. 1/4 tsp
  17. You can substitute plum with any seasonal fruit.
  18. Now Mango season has started so just mango and curd.
  19. One non fruit combination for summer
  20. Gulkand 1 tbsp
  21. Orange segments if you get, 1 tbsp or any sour fruit available
  22. Curd 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Just blend everything, adjust the quantity of curd according to the size and quantity of fruit.
  2. First add some curd, blend, check and then add another.
  3. It should be of pouring consistency, you should be able to drop with a spoon. Should not spread.
  4. Take a tray which fits in your freezer. Line it with parchment paper.
  5. Just drop 1/4 tsp to form a Poppin shape. Younger the kid smaller the size.
  6. So drop 1/4 to 1/2 tsp.
  7. Refrigerate for 20 to 25 minutes maximum and your melting in mouth Raindrops are ready.
  8. Your Toddler will finish all within 5 minutes. And your baby will open the mouth saying some more.
  9. You can store the drops in your freezer for more than 2 months
