Fruit Curd Parfait

Ingredients to make Fruit Curd Parfait

  • 1 cup hung curd
  • 1/2 muskmelon chopped
  • 1 banana chopped
  • 1/2 orange segmented
  • Few watermelon chopped
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • Nutella hazelnut spread
  • 3 slices of bread
  • Few cashews
  • pistachio for garnish

How to make Fruit Curd Parfait

  1. In a bowl, whisk hung curd with sugar. Mix well, now divide this mixture into 3 parts.
  2. Into the first part add in finely chopped muskmelon, mix well. Into second part add orange juice and mix well. Leave the third part as it is (plain curd and sugar).
  3. Take the bread pieces, trim off the edges and cut it to get 4 pieces from each slice.
  4. Take a serving glass, first layer the glass with 2 pieces of bread. Add in muskmelon curd mixture. Top it with chopped muskmelon.
  5. Again layer it with 2 pieces of bread, top it with plain curd mixture. Add in chopped bananas. Add 1 teaspoon Nutella hazelnut spread.
  6. Again layer it with some more bread pieces. Top it with orange curd mixture. Add on orange segments and cashews.
  7. Finally layer with last piece of bread. Add chopped watermelon, cashew, pistachios. Garnish the rim of the glass with little hazelnut spread.
  8. Serve chilled.

My Tip:

Use fresh fruits. You can add in fruits of your choice.
