Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. for the stuffed chicken curry :
  2. boneless chicken 200g
  3. onions , finely sliced one
  4. minced garlic half teaspoon
  5. ginger paste half teaspoon
  6. salt
  7. pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  8. turmeric powder half teaspoon
  9. lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  10. chopped green chilies 2
  11. spring onions sliced one teaspoon
  12. coriander leaves
  13. olive oil
  14. for the dough :
  15. maida 1 and half cups
  16. Yeast one teaspoon
  17. milk half Cup
  18. sugar 1 teaspoon
  19. olive oil as required
  20. salt as required


  1. Heat a Pan with olive oil, add the green chillies followed by the sliced onion
  2. Saute till the onions are translucent and then add minced garlic ginger.
  3. then add the turmeric powder pepper powder salt and stir.
  4. add the chicken and Cook till done ..then finally add the spring onions and coriander stir and cook for some time and keep aside.
  5. to make the dough activate the east using warm milk and sugar. once activated mix it with the flour salt and knead a soft dough, apply some oil and leave it to rise in a warm environment for 1 and half hour.
  6. once the dough has risen, roll it and cut it into small rounds using cookie cutter.
  7. Now place the 4 rounds, side by side, with the ends of each overlapping the other.
  8. Now put a 2 tsp of the stuffing, on the 1st round. Roll it to form the rose. Do the same for the others .
  9. Bake these at 200 degrees Celsius in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes and serve.
