Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Buns - 2
  2. Grated processed cheese - 100 grams
  3. Boiled peas - 2 tablespoon
  4. Boiled and grated potato - 2 big size
  5. Finely chopped capsicum
  6. Finely chopped onion - 1 medium size
  7. Chopped garlic - 1 teaspoon
  8. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Black mustard seeds - 1/4 teapoon
  11. Finely chopped tomato - 1
  12. Finely chopped green chilly - 1/4 teaspoon
  13. Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  14. Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  15. Butter - 50 grams
  16. Oil - 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add black mustard seeds .
  3. When it crackles add chopped garlic,onion and saute for one mins.
  4. Now add capsicum,boiled peas,tomato,green chilly,grated potato and mix well
  5. Add black pepper powder,garam masala powder,salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
  6. Turn off the flame.
  7. Take a bun and cut in the top of the bun,pull out some bun.
  8. Now fill the stuffing tightly.
  9. Spread the butter.
  10. Now add the grated cheese at the top of the bun.
  11. In a pre heated oven bake for 5 - 8 mins in a 150 centigrade
  12. Enjoy with stuffed buns.
