ABOUT mango Panna Cotta RECIPE

This is an easy Italian desert and my children love it, so sharing this easy and delicious recipe with all of you.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For white layer -1 cup milk
  2. 1 cup cream
  3. 1 and half spoon agar-agar or geletin
  4. 4 spoon sugar
  5. 1/4 spoon vanilla extract
  6. For mango layer - 1bowl mango puree
  7. 2 spoon sugar
  8. 1and 1/2 spoon agar-agar
  9. Mint leaves for garnishing (optional )


  1. For white layer - soaked agar -agar in 3 spoon hot water.
  2. Heat milk and cream on low flame than put sugar,soaked geletin and vanilla extract.
  3. Keep mixing till sugar and agar -agar or geletin dissolves don't let the mixture boil.
  4. Switch off the gas and let it get cooled.
  5. Pour this in tilted glasses fill half of glasses.
  6. Refrigerate it for 3 hrs.
  7. For mango layer - soaked agar - agar in 3 spoon hot water and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  8. Now add soaked geletin in mango puree and mix well than micro for 2 minutes.
  9. Take the glasses from freezer and keep it straight than pour the mango layer in it.
  10. Keep again in fridge for 3 hrs or till nicely set.
  11. Garnish with chopped mango pieces and mint leaves.
