Coffee jelly tapioca pudding

Delicious dessert with unique combination of tapioca and coffee jelly.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Coffee pouch 4gm
  2. Tapioca /sabudana 1/2cup
  3. Cream 1/4cup
  4. Condensed milk 1/2cup
  5. Sugar 3tbsp or according to taste
  6. Agar agar/gelatine 2tbsp

Instructions

  1. Soak and cook agar agar till it melts.
  2. Boil 1cup water in a sauce pan and add the coffee pouches, sugar and agar agar mixture.
  3. Stir, when everything mix well, switch off.
  4. Pour the mixture in a flat container.
  5. When it becomes cool, keep in refrigerator for 4-5hours.
  6. Soak tapioca for 1hour.
  7. Cook for 5min.
  8. Strain and keep for later use.
  9. Take a mixing bowl, add cream, condensed milk and tapioca, mix well.
  10. Take out the set coffee jelly container from refrigerator.
  11. Bring to room temperature and cut into pieces.
  12. Mix these cubes to the above mixture, keep few for garnishing.
  13. Take any serving bowl or glass, pour the mixture and put few coffee jelly cubes on top.
  14. Delicious coffee tapioca pudding is ready to be served.
