Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl cooked rice
  2. 1 cup chilled curd
  3. 1 tablespoon oil
  4. 1 teaspoon urad dal
  5. 1 teaspoon mustered seeds
  6. 8~10 curry leaves
  7. 2 dry red chillies
  8. Salt acoording to taste
  9. 1 tablespoon peanuts
  10. 2 chopped green chilly

Instructions

  1. Mix rice and curd nicely. Keep aside.
  2. Heat a pan add oil add peanuts . Saute till golden .
  3. Add urad dal mustered seeds and curry leaves dry red chillies mix well on slow flame add green chilly .
  4. Tempering is ready . Add this to rice and add salt according to Taste.mix well.
  5. Cover the rice and serve chilled curd rice .
