Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. all purpose flour and Maida 4 cups
  2. Butter 1 cup
  3. warm milk 1 cup
  4. active dry yeast 1 and 1/2 teaspoons
  5. sugar one teaspoon
  6. garlic Crushed 4 teaspoon
  7. salt to taste
  8. oregano 1 teaspoon
  9. Mixed Herbs one teaspoon
  10. grated cheese 1 tablespoon
  11. Chilli flakes is required
  12. black pepper powder is required


  1. In a mixing bowl, take active dry yeast, some salt ,sugar and one cup of warm milk
  2. mix well and keep it covered for fermentation for approximately 10 to 20 minutes
  3. take all purpose flour and mix water into it properly
  4. now add all purpose flour, butter and fermented milk mixture well.
  5. Knead this mixture into a dough
  6. keep it aside covered for next 4 to 5 hours for fermentation
  7. after 4 to 5 hours it will be double in size , knead it again
  8. now take some portion of fermented dough and make a big ball and roll out a big chapati
  9. apply some butter on this chapati and Sprinkle crushed garlic, oregano, mixed herbs, black pepper powder and chilli flakes
  10. Roll this chapati into half circle
  11. apply some more butter on it and Sprinkle some more mixed herbs, Chilli flakes and seasonings . Give light cuts on it with the help of knife
  12. keep it covered aside for next half an hour to rise again
  13. preheat oven on 200 degrees
  14. Now, bake garlic bread for next 20 minutes on 200 degrees
  15. It's ready to relish with kids and all . Enjoy endlessly with family and friends
