Garlic Bread, baked fermented flour with the goodness of butter flavored with garlic is a truly amazing bread for a perfect day out. Dominos has been serving its pizzas and breads since forever and the taste hasn’t been reduced at all. People all over the world are totally crazy over the Dominos Garlic Bread. Too much popular among the kids, it’s a perfect choice for a kid’s birthday party. The D-shaped garlic bread it serves is just too good and to get that recipe right at home is awesome. The perfect accompaniment with pasta is our very own garlic bread. It has a very distinct flavor of garlic and oregano giving it a very yummy taste. The Garlic Bread has a very soft texture, with a buttery taste.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For Dough - Plain Flour - 2 Cup
  2. Dry active yeast - 2 tsp
  3. Sugar - 2 tsp
  4. Garlic Cloves 8-10 (paste)
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Oil 2 tablespoon
  7. Oregano 1/2 teaspoon
  8. For Stuffing:
  9. Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
  10. Oregano - 2 tsp
  11. Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
  12. Mozzraella cheese - 1/3 cup
  13. Sweet corn kernels - 2 tbsp
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Spice mix of chilli flakes and oregano accordingly
  16. Butter for greasing


  1. For the dough : Add the yeast and sugar to 1/2 cup lukewarm water and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add all the rest of the dough ingredients and mix well add the yeast and water. Mix and make a dough if needed, add more warm water. Knead the dough for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a damp towel/cling warp and let it prove for a hour or until doubled.
  4. After the dough has proved, take it out and place it in a dusted surface and knead for a minute or two.
  5. Roll the dough in a round shape.
  6. Spread mayonnaise on one side of the dough (in a semi circle way), get some cheese in, followed by sweet corn kernels and a little of spice mix.
  7. Apply water in the edges and fold over. Press down the edges. Something like a calzone and transfer this to greased pizza tray. Make slits in the bread at 1 inch difference make slowly and do not go to the bottom.
  8. Take butter and grease the bread with it. Sprinkle the spice mix over and a little of oregano.
  9. If you like more of bread structure, let it rest for 25-30 minutes before baking. Otherwise bake it right away at 200 degree centigrade in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until it is well baked.
