Ingredients Serving: 2

all purpose flour and maida 4 cups
butter 1 cup
warm milk 1 cup
active dry yeast 1 and 1/2 teaspoons
sugar one teaspoon
garlic Crushed 4 teaspoon
salt to taste
oregano 1 teaspoon
Mixed Herbs one teaspoon
grated cheese 1 tablespoon
chilli flakes is required
black pepper powder is required

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, take active dry yeast, some salt ,sugar and one cup of warm milk
mix well and keep it covered for fermentation for approximately 10 to 20 minutes
take all purpose flour and mix water into it properly
now add all purpose flour, butter and fermented milk mixture well.
Knead this mixture into a dough
keep it aside covered for next 4 to 5 hours for fermentation
after 4 to 5 hours it will be double in size , knead it again
now take some portion of fermented dough and make a big ball and roll out a big chapati
apply some butter on this chapati and Sprinkle crushed garlic, oregano, mixed herbs, black pepper powder and chilli flakes
Roll this chapati into half circle
apply some more butter on it and Sprinkle some more mixed herbs, Chilli flakes and seasonings . Give light cuts on it with the help of knife
keep it covered aside for next half an hour to rise again
preheat oven on 200 degrees
Now, bake garlic bread for next 20 minutes on 200 degrees
It's ready to relish with kids and all . Enjoy endlessly with family and friends
