Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Thick poha 200 gms
  2. Salt
  3. Sugar 1 tsp
  4. Turmeric 1 tsp
  5. Cumin 1 tsp
  6. Green chilli slit 4
  7. Curry leaves 5
  8. Peanuts 1 tsp
  9. Potato 1(small diced)
  10. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  11. Jeera 1 tsp
  12. Oil 2 tsp
  13. Haldirams aaloo mint bhujiya sev


  1. Wash poha properly and keep aside...Drain all the extra water..
  2. Heat kadai...Add 2 tsp oil,rai,jeera and wait till it crackles..
  3. Now add peanuts,green chilli slits,potatoes,n cook till they become soft
  4. Now add curry leaves,turmeric,salt,sugar and mix well..
  5. Finally add poha and mix well
  6. Add lemon juice and sprinkle 2 tsp of water and mix well
  7. Close the lid and cook for five min in slow flame...
  8. Poha is ready...Serve it hot with aaloo bhujiya sev or ratlami sev...
  9. You can give to your kids in tiffin tooo...
