it is very easy tasty and less time taking recipe

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Maida 2 cups
  2. sugar powder 8 tsp
  3. Yeast 1 tsp
  4. salted butter 40 gram
  5. milk approx 3/4 cup
  6. dark compound for decoration
  7. white compound for decoration

Instructions

  1. Sieve maida.
  2. add sugar yeast butter and knead it with milk.
  3. Knead for 10 to 12 minutes or until it gets soft.
  4. keep aside for 1 hour in air tight container with cling wrap.
  5. now roll the dough like chapati it should be 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Cut it into doughnuts shape with it's cutter
  7. Again keep it for 1/2 hour or until it's double in size.
  8. Now bake them at 180 degree for 20 minutes.
  9. Now melt the both compound separate.
  10. Deep the half doughnuts dark in Compound.
  11. And deep the half doughnuts in white or milk Compound.
  12. Decorate them with different designs.
