ABOUT Moong Sprouts Potato Salli Salad RECIPE

Its a crunchy salad with a different dip of curd n sprouts with it gives an amazing taste. A very different way to present a Salad with different taste. Its healthy & tasty .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. To Be Mixed Into A Moong Sprouts Mixture :
  2. 1 cup boiled moong (whole green gram) sprouts
  3. 1 tsp chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  5. 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  6. 2 tsp lemon juice
  7. 1/4 tsp black salt
  8. To Be Mixed Into A curd Mixture :
  9. 1 cup whisked thick curds (dahi)
  10. 3 tbsp green chutney
  11. 3 tbsp sweet chutney
  12. salt to taste
  13. Other Ingredients:
  14. 1 cup potato salli
  15. 4 tbsp sev
  16. 4 tbsp pomegranate (anar)
  17. 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients mentioned under the moong mixture, keep aside, also prepare the curd the mixture and let that chill.
  2. Take a serving glass, put ¼ th of the moong sprouts mixture, 1/4th of the curd mixture, ¼ cup of potato salli evenly over it.
  3. Garnish it with 1 tbsp of sev, 1 tbsp of pomegranate and ½ tbsp of coriander.
  4. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to make 3 more servings. Serve immediately.
