ABOUT Instant Dhokla RECIPE

Yummy Mouth watering, soft dhokla.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Gram flour : 200gms.
  2. Rava :50gms.
  3. Curd :200 gms
  4. Mustard seed :1 tea spoon
  5. Curry Leaves :10to 15
  6. Green chilly :2 slit
  7. Sugar : 2 tea spoon
  8. Refind oil :2 tea spoon
  9. Eno pouch : 1(fruit salt)
  10. Lemon juice : 2 table spoon

Instructions

  1. Take one large bowl.
  2. Put gram flour,Rava,curd and mix it in the bowl with some water.
  3. Better should be thick.
  4. Put wok in the heat(steamer) with two glass of water. When water is boil add better with fruit salt( eno pouch) in to it and mix it properly.
  5. Now greece the mould and add mixture into it.
  6. Now put mould in steamer and cover it properly.
  7. High Gas flame for 2 to 3 min and afterwords slow the gas flame.
  8. Steam for five min.
  9. After five min. Check Dhokla is to ready or not.
  10. Put knife in the Dhokla , if it comes out from it easily, then Dhokla is to ready.
  11. TEMPERING :
  12. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
  13. Put mustard seeds, curry Leaves and green chilly in it.
  14. Add one glass water with sugar ,boil it for two min.
  15. And switch off the flame.
  16. Add lemon juice in it.
  17. Now cut the Dhokla into square pieces and pour water syrup over it.
  18. Now garnish with green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney and serve
