Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 80 gram melted butter
  2. 180 gram of milkmaid
  3. 30 gram curd
  4. Orange essence 1 tsp
  5. 160 gram melted chocolate
  6. 125 grams flour (maida)
  7. 1/4 tsp baking powder
  8. 1 tsp baking soda
  9. lemon zest 1 tsp
  10. Orange peels
  11. white chocolate for decoration

Instructions

  1. Take baking powder, baking soda and Maida sieved and keep aside.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate together.
  3. Add Milkmaid and essence in this matter.
  4. Now add curd and lemon zest mix them well.
  5. Cut the orange peels in ring size.
  6. Pour the better in the middle of the peel's ring. ( Shown in the below picture)
  7. Bake it for 12- 15 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
  8. decorate it with dry fruits and melted white chocolate
