Palak Vermicelli

Ingredients to make Palak Vermicelli

  • 1 pack vermicelli
  • 1/2 bunch palak
  • 1 onion
  • 3 green chillies
  • ginger/garlic paste
  • Bowl of coriander
  • 1 tsp zeera

How to make Palak Vermicelli

  1. Clean palak, blanch it and grind it in a mixer.
  2. Finely chop onions.
  3. Finely chop green chillies.
  4. Clean and chop coriander.
  5. In a pan, oil add onion, green chillies and sauté them. Add blanched palak and salt and sauté it till it leaves oil. Add vermicelli pack and water, cover the pan and lower the gas for 5 minutes.
  6. Sauté it till oil leaves the pan and garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
