Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. bowl of curd
  2. bowl of boiled rice
  3. Mustard seeds
  4. 2 tbsp Oil
  5. seven curry leaves
  6. 2 GREEN CHILLI CHOPPED
  7. coriander leaves chopped
  8. Asafoetida powder
  9. urad dal it's optional
  10. Salt as per ur taste

Instructions

  1. Take a boiled rice in a bowl
  2. Add creamy curd in boiled rice an salt as per ur taste.
  3. Now take a lil pan. now add oil to it.
  4. Add mustard seeds an let them crackle.
  5. Now add curry leaves. add green chillies add now cook for 1min in low flame.
  6. After that add this to the curd rice mixture an garnish with green chillies an some coriander leaves an chill for one hour then serve.. Enjoy
