Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. hung curd 2 cups
  2. condensed milk - 1& 1/2 cup
  3. Milk -3 tablespoon
  4. Cashew nut 2 tablespoon
  5. Almond 1 tablespoon


  1. Whisk the curd in a bowl , add condensed milk and whisk well ,till well blended.
  2. Add almond ,cashew nuts and mix well.
  3. take a tiffin box and and add some ghee & brush well.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a tiffin box and cover with the lid.
  5. place a steamer on high heat and pour in 2 cups of water, when water comes to boil place the tiffin box in the steamer . cover with the lid & steam for 25 mins.
  6. After 25 minutes, take out of the tiffin box and set aside to cool down to room temperature.
  7. place the bhapa doi in the refrigerator to chill.
  8. Then cut and serve chilled.
